Cuisine:
Spearheaded by Executive Chef Nate Berry, River Club's culinary program offers an exquisite blend of Lebanese, Italian & Spanish flavors, where each dish is prepared with a traditional yet modern twist. With a mezze service style, the food at River Club is meant to be shared through small plates, skewers, and large-format dishes. Rich, aromatic meals fill the menu at River Club, using the finest ingredients to craft each plate.

Beverage:
Designed by Jon Arroyo, Director of Operations, the beverage program at River Club is an extension of the food menu.  The cocktails have been curated to represent the regions of Lebanon, Italy, and Spain. To show the dedication to providing high-quality hospitality and guest engagement, River Club implemented a section on the menu dedicated to tableside bar service, where bartenders will arrive at the table and skillfully prepare the cocktail in front of guests. The wine program at River Club is focused and elevated, offering wines by glass as well as bottle service.
